Season 3 is the third season of Quest 89.

Nick has plans of remastering the first half of the season.

Connor, Ivo Hugh, and Frank get jobs at the Ministry of Defence while 089 and Lady travel the world and everyone else goes back home.
Large time-skip.
Professor's Gang, the first group of mainly human antagonists, is introduced.
Andy, a surviving member of the Diesel Army, is introduced.
Jack and Byron are killed by Justin Brown.
Thomas' crew is killed by Spike and Clark Boomer and Thomas is killed by Alastor Grayshard.
Gunner is revealed to have been killed in a flashback.
Frank is presumably killed.
The season ends on a cliffhanger with the villains winning, even if the main villain lost.
089 loses an eye and gains a few scars.
Incredidite, Possession and a power that allows users to communicate from the beyond are introduced.
089, Caitlin, Hiro, Bertram, and Freddie are damaged due to the actions of the villains. Only 089 and Caitlin's repairs are finished by the end of the season.
